World Cup E-betting competition

My mind is always spinning with crazy ideas when i am doing the housework around 10.30pm to 11.15 pm most evenings. Physically i am cleaning up the house but mentally i am actually far far away from it....guess that was my most creative times of the day. What an irony huh??


The idea of graduation gift / Bintan trip / what magic trick to buy n learn are all concieved during such time.

Yesterday evening, I thought of organising a e-betting competition for the coming World Cup since every thing have to be "e-" nowadays.

Was rather excited about it...shared the idea with afew hard core colleagues and they are also very supportive and excited about the move. It provide some extra bit of thrills in the coming 2-3 weeks of term break / term test period.

Rules are simple :

Each starts with 5000 E-points. Minimum 1 bet per day...no max number of bets or the maximum amount allocated per bet. But if you get 0.0 left in your account, you are out.

Before the 1st match of the day kicks off, send me your bet type and amount of E-point that one wish to bet. Knowing the the odds will be changing all the time...for simplicity sake, I will use the starting odds of each bet type.

Will try to summarise the results each day will let each player knows his/her standings.

End of Day 7 1st sum up - Winner get a lunch treat from bottom...2nd get a lunch treat from 2nd bottom. Next sum up - end of round 1. Next sum up - last 16 / quarter finals / semis + final.

Already 5 players were enrolled. BBW/QCJ/NWH/CL/GHH...all eagerly to place their 1st bet within the next 24 hours.
